How To Change Or Recover Your Password

There are times where you might want to change your Deezer for Creators password. You can now update it within Deezer for Creators or reset it if you have forgotten it; just follow these steps:

How to change your Deezer for Creators password

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Select Edit my profile
  3. Under Change password, within the New password box, enter a new password
  4. Within Confirm new password, re-enter your new password
  5. Select Save

Note: You can only change your password on the web version of Deezer for Creators

How to reset your Deezer for Creators password

  1. On the Deezer for Creators login page, select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Deezer for Creators account
  3. Select SEND RESET EMAIL

Note: Podcast creators can also change their password by selecting Forgot? On the login page of the mobile version of Deezer for Creators and then selecting SEND ME THE LINK
