How To Manage Users On Your Artist Page

If you’re a label or a provider, you are able to manage the users that can access your Deezer for Creators page. This includes changing rights, email addresses, and deleting users. You can even add new users.

Here’s how to manage users:

How to edit a user’s rights

1. On the desktop version of Deezer for Creators, select User Manager from the tab bar or use the search bar
2. Next to the user you want to edit, select the edit icon
3. Under Rights, select or unselect the checkboxes next to each user right
4. Select SAVE

How to edit a user’s name and email address

1. On the desktop version of Deezer for Creators, select User Manager from the tab bar
2. Next to the user you want to edit, select the edit icon
3. Under User info, enter a new name and email address
4. Select Save

How to add a new user

1. On the desktop version of Deezer for Creators, select User Manager from the tab bar
2. Select Add user
3. Under Rights, select the rights you want to give to the new user
4. Under User info, enter a name and email address
5. Under Change password, enter and then re-enter a password

   Note: This is a temporary password. The new user will be able to change it after logging in

6. Select CREATE

How to delete a user

1. On the desktop version of Deezer for Creators, select User Manager from the tab bar
2. Next to the user you want to delete, select the delete icon
3. Select Confirm within the box that appears
