How To Get Access To Deezer For Creators

There are different levels of access for Deezer for Creators depending on who you are. You can request access as an artist, a label, a manager, or a provider. Find out how below.

Note: Podcast owners can only request access and see insights on the mobile app version of Deezer for Creators

Request access as an artist

  1. Go to https://creators.deezer.com/
  2. Select SIGN UP
  3. On the Who are you? screen, select An artist
  4. Enter your name and email address
  5. Select CREATE MY ACCOUNT

    A confirmation email will be sent to you

  6. Within the email, select CREATE A PASSWORD
  7. Enter a password and then re-enter it in the Confirm password field
  8. Select CREATE A PASSWORD
  9. Log in with your credentials
  10. Select NEW REQUEST
  11. Within Artist name, enter your artist name or ID and then select it from the list

    Tip: We recommend entering your artist ID if you’re struggling to find your artist name

  12. Within UPC, enter your artist UPC number

    Tip: A UPC is a unique 12 to 13-digit code that identifies your music releases so that they can be distributed

  13. Select CONTINUE
  14. Enter your social media information. The more details you give us the easier it will be for our team to validate your request
  15. Select SEND REQUEST

Request access as a manager

  1. Go to https://creators.deezer.com/
  2. Select SIGN UP
  3. Select A manager
  4. Enter your name and email address
  5. Select CREATE MY ACCOUNT
  6. Select ADD ARTIST
  7. Within Artist name, enter your artist name and then select it from the list
  8. Within UPC, enter your artist UPC number
  9. Select SAVE

    Note: You can add more artists by selecting ADD NEW ARTIST

  10. Select SEND REQUEST

Request access as a label

  1. Go to https://creators.deezer.com/
  2. Select SIGN UP
  3. Select A label
  4. Enter your name and email address
  5. Select ADD LABEL
  6. Enter your label name
  7. Enter the UPC number associated with your label
  8. Select SAVE

    Note: You can add more labels by selecting ADD LABEL. You can also add a label group name when adding more labels

  9. Select SEND REQUEST

Request access as a provider

  1. Go to https://creators.deezer.com/
  2. Select REQUEST ACCESS
  3. Enter your name and email address
  4. Enter your provider name
  5. Enter two of your artists’ UPC numbers
  6. Select SEND REQUEST

Get access as a podcast creator

Note: This is only available on the mobile app version of Deezer for Creators

  1. Select Podcast creator and then select CONTINUE
  2. Select SIGN UP
  3. Enter your name, email address, and a password
